Description
abstract: We will start by reviewing the searches for anisotropy of the ultra-high
energy cosmic rays in the Telescope Arrray. With the exception of the "hot
spot" in the highest energy region which still needs to be confirmed, no
anisotropy is found. We will then address a question whether this is
compatible, at the quantitative level, with theoretical expectations given
that at highest energies the UHECR propagation distance is limited by O(100)
Mpc, while the sources should follow the matter distribution which is
inhomogeneous at these scales.
