Abstract: GERDA (Germanium Detector Array) operated from 2010 to late 2019 at Laboratori Nazionali del Gran Sasso, searching for 0nbb of 76Ge, and attained the sensitivity of 100 meV on the neutrino mass. The final results and the setup features and performances will be discussed. In 2020 LEGEND took over the GERDA mission and facilities to further increase the Ge target mass and improve the setup performances to gain a factor >10 on the half-life sensitivity. The new features and will be reviewed. Speaker 1: Carla Maria Cattadori, Staff Senior Researcher at INFN Milano Bicocca. Field of Research: Neutrino science and proton decay studies at DUNE (Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment), Double Beta Decay (member of GERDA & LEGEND since 2005), Solar Neutrinos (GAllex/GNO), Ultra-Low Background materials and Ultra-trace analysis Techniques, Front-End Electronics, Gamma-Ray Spectrometry, Searches of Rare-nuclear decay events, Liquid Argon Scintillation Light Readout & Cryogenic techniques, SiPMs. Speaker 2: Francesco Salamida, Associate Professor at University of L’Aquila.
