How to reach our offices: IIHEmap.pdf

Where to have lunch

  • We have a cafeteria on campus, with sandwiches (3-5 euros) and hot food (unfortunately quite expensive for external people, 13-15 euros for a menu)
  • The social room has a microwave, if you want to bring stuff from the supermarket
  • Masala box is quite popular in our department

Where to sleep

  • The U-residence is on campus, but I have heard people complain about noise and heating issues
  • You don't have to stay close to campus. Tram 7 and 25 can bring you to the university quickly, as well as metro 5. So as long as you are close to our of their stops, you should be fine.
  • Some personal recommendations for neighbourhoods (not around campus): Bois de la Cambre, Montgomery/Geogres Henri, European quarters, Parc Cinquantenaire
