HEP@VUB event: Poster session

The poster session will take place in the Lounge bar, and drinks and snacks will be provided. Everyone is invited to present a poster that they made for a conference or workshop this year. If you are interested in showing your poster, you are welcome to indicate this in the registration form. Please note that we have a limited number of poster boards, so we ask you to inform us as soon as possible in case your availability changes. In the event that we have too many contributions, slots will be assigned on first-come-first-served basis.
