Description
In the high energy limit the parton dynamics are driven
by the growth of gluon densities at low momentum fraction (x).
At such high parton densities gluon recombination processes
become possible which lead to saturation effects. Such effects
have been measured experimentally with the cross section of
leading tracks as a function of the track transverse momentum
in pp collisions. High parton densities on the other hand lead
also to special dynamical effects, when the longitudinal momenta
of the gluons are of similar size as their transverse momenta.
This is studied with a measurement of pt and eta spectra of
charged particles in ep collisions at HERA.
