This contest is organised by the IIHE on behalf of the VUB (spe.iihe.official@gmail.com). In the context of this contest, the VUB acts as the controller of the processing of personal data. The personal data that you provide us with, will only be used for this contest and, following its processing for this goal will be retained the latest until 1 September 2019, and will afterwards be deleted.


If you have consented hereto, your contact details can also be used by us for communication purposes during and after the contest. At any point you can contact the data controller to have your data removed. Please note that without your contact details, we will not be able to keep you up to date on the organisation and any further information regarding the contest, nor will we be able to ask you for feedback after the conclusion of the contest.
