Supersymmetry is a compelling candidate for beyond the Standard Model physics. With the start of the Large Hadron Collider at CERN it is crucial to study phenomenological signatures of supersymmetry breaking at low scale. In this context gauge mediated supersymmetry breaking has recently been the subject of renewed interest and important developments.

This workshop will bring together experts in the field, with the aim of stimulating discussions and ideas in this fast developing area.

List of confirmed speakers:

Steven Abel, Matthew Buican, Matthew Dolan, Emilian Dudas, Gabriele Ferretti, Mark Goodsell, Zohar Komargodski, Kentarou Mawatari, Moritz McGarrie, Andrea Romanino.

The workshop is supported by the new phenomenological project on supersymmetry signatures at the LHC starting at 2010 in VUB (the website of this new initiative can be found here), and it is also supported by the Solvay Institutes, by the Belgian Federal Science Policy Office through the Inter university Attraction Pole IAP VI/11 and by the FWO-Vlaanderen through project G.0428.06 and G.0114.10N.
